![]() ![]() If it isn’t listed Windows doesn’t see it. If it is you can click on it and scan directly from the Windows driver. ![]() If your scanner isn’t listed it probably isn’t hooked up right. Start > Programs > Accessories > Scanner and Camera Wizard. Are you sure the driver was also installed? When you plugged the scanner into the USB did you get a “new hardware found” window? PhotoImpressions and the scanner driver appear to be separate installs – someone commented that they just installed the driver and not PhotoImpressions. Most programs like that will show both the scanner driver and the Windows scanner driver under Acquire. If it shows no devices available the scanner driver isn’t installed or the scanner isn’t hooked up right. I take it you are trying to acquire from PhotoImpressions. ![]()
